If the total score exceeds 95%, the suggestion is implemented immediately. Otherwise, it goes to the document owner and community for voting.

Instead of traditional interviewing and training, you create a job posting with a link to Riqli containing all necessary documents and tests. Candidates review the materials and take tests online before applying. You can see their test results and knowledge level before the interview, and they arrive on day one already familiar with your processes and requirements.
